Job summary

Aquent in Sydney is seeking a midweight Account Manager to bring greater ownership and closer-to-creative work. You’ll join a small Sydney CBD agency where the client and the creative team interact directly, without a heavy account management layer.

You’ll be at the center of briefs, shaping client needs, managing delivery and exploring creative collaboration across campaigns, content, video and print. Hybrid working with some days in the Sydney CBD office.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in account management, client services or a creative environment.
• Ability to manage client relationships and keep multiple projects moving.
• Understanding of creative processes and ability to brief designers and creatives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the whole project moving from brief through to delivery.
• Manage client relationships, scope projects, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate designers and creatives, brief suppliers and present work.
• Contribute ideas and get involved creatively when appropriate.
