Partner Agency in Australia seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage key client relationships and drive integrated campaigns across multiple channels. You will oversee delivery from concept through production, coordinating with creative, strategy and production teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong project management, commercial awareness, and exceptional communication skills to help grow client partnerships and drive business results.

Qualificações

• Experience in a Senior Account Manager role within a creative or advertising agency.
• Track record managing campaigns for large retail brands is desirable.
• Strong understanding of integrated campaign development and agency workflows.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
• Develop deep understanding of client businesses, needs and opportunities.
• Lead project workflows for integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, print and outdoor.
• Build and manage timelines, budgets, estimates and reporting processes.
• Oversee execution from concept to final production, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead accounts and collaborate with creative, strategy, production and external partners.
• Provide guidance to clients, manage expectations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure outputs meet client objectives and quality standards.
• Monitor project finances and ensure delivery within budget.
