• End-to-end project management from concept to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships, shaping briefs for small to medium projects.
• Present creative and design work clearly and persuasively to clients.
• Act as a trusted partner, solving client problems creatively and proactively.
• Own end-to-end delivery: scope, timelines, workflow, and output quality across multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage high-volume rollouts and production across assets, presentations, social, print, and digital formats.
• Maintain brand consistency across large asset suites and amendments.
• Manage quoting, proposals, and external suppliers/freelancers.
• Identify delivery roadblocks early and resolve them quickly.
• Balance speed, quality and deadlines across multiple projects.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance delivery speed and quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Bring a hands-on, collaborative energy to the team culture.
