They're built for flexibility, high output, and meaningful work. Right now, we're looking for a sharp, confident Mid-Senior Account Manager to jump straight in and take ownership of key accounts.

The Role

Sitting within theirCreative & Accounts specialism, you will own client projects end-to-end. This is a hands-on, fast-paced freelance role where you'll lead client relationships, shape briefs, manage production timelines, and ensure high-volume creative assets land cleanly across multi-channel campaigns.

You'll work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team—partnering closely with design, campaign, and strategy specialists to bring bold, coherent work to life.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Leadership

• Lead day-to-day client relationships, taking and shaping briefs for small to medium-sized projects.
• Present creative and design work clearly, confidently, and persuasively to clients.
• Act as a trusted partner, solving unique client problems creatively and proactively.

Project & Production Management

• Own end-to-end delivery: scope, timelines, workflow planning, and output quality across multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage high-volume rollouts and production across campaign assets, presentations, social, print, and digital formats.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail and brand consistency across large suites of assets and amends.
• Manage quoting, proposals, commercial decisions, and external suppliers/freelancers.
• Spot delivery roadblocks early and resolve them with speed and confidence.

Efficiency & Culture

• Work efficiently across multiple fast-moving projects, balancing speed, quality, and deadlines.
• Actively leverage AI and automation tools to enhance delivery speed and work quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members through day-to-day execution.
• Bring a hands-on, reliable, and collaborative energy to the team culture.

What We're Looking For

• Agency Experience: Proven track record working in a design, creative, or branding agency environment in Australia.
• End-to-End Execution: Demonstrated experience managing projects from initial idea/concept through to implementation and final rollout.
• Technical & Tool Savvy: Experience with Streamtime (or similar project management software) is highly desirable, alongside a natural aptitude for adopting AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Design Appreciation: A strong eye for visual design and a genuine passion for creative output.
• Self-Management: Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight while keeping clear communication channels open.
