Responsibilities

• Courier bookings through the supplier portal for domestic and international shipments.
• Track shipments to ensure on-time SLAs are met by the courier company.
• Ensure shipping labels and consignment notes are accurate and complete.
• Secure and manage packages through centralised loading dock processes.
• Respond to courier/driver and NSWEC staff enquiries promptly.
• Monitor the centralised logistics email inbox.
• Assist with broader project planning and centralised courier schedules for bulk deliveries.
