Eclipse Couriers is seeking a hands-on, customer-facing Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day bookings, allocations and coordination. You will interact with customers and drivers by phone and email, and help keep jobs on track across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate is organised, calm under pressure and enjoys problem-solving on the go. Full training will be provided, with a team-oriented environment in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask across phone, email and systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service or logistics/transport experience valued, but training provided.
• Reliable, proactive team player who enjoys solving problems on the go.

Responsibilities

• Handling bookings, quotes and customer queries via phone.
• Handling bookings, quotes and customer queries via email.
• Booking and updating delivery timeslots.
• Coordinating paperwork and documentation.
• Liaising directly with customers and drivers to keep jobs on track.
• Providing allocation support to the operations team.
