UTS Education Operations is hiring an administrative coordinator to support the Education Portfolio, coordinating events, documentation and stakeholder engagement to ensure efficient service delivery across faculties. The role covers scheduling, documentation, procurement, resource coordination and tracking project timelines.
It maintains intranet content and contributes to communications. It is a full-time continuing role with flexible work practices, generous parental leave and opportunities
The Education Operations team sits within the Education Portfolio in the Division of Education and Students. The team supports strategic and operational initiatives across the portfolio and works closely with faculty teams, curriculum support staff and central education units.
Base Salary Range: $98,792 - $106,966 (HEW6) plus 17% superannuation (pension)
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
