From stakeholder engagement, program coordination, process improvement and project delivery, we work across a broad range of activities to ensure students, academics and partners have a positive experience of engagement with UTS. We're looking for someone who is interested in setting up quality university and industry relationships, is comfortable working independently, takes initiative and is motivated by delivering excellent outcomes for a diverse range of stakeholders.
The Senior Work Integrated Learning Officer is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities, industry engagement initiatives and partnership programs across the Transdisciplinary School.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role manages competing priorities, identifies opportunities for improvement and takes ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes for students, academic staff and industry partners. The position works across a complex stakeholder environment, building productive relationships with academics, professional staff and external organisations to ensure programs are delivered effectively, professionally and in accordance with university priorities.
The role proactively identifies risks, seeks clarification early when required and exercises sound judgement to resolve issues and continuously improve processes, systems and stakeholder experiences. The Senior Work Integrated Learning Officer is expected to:

Base Salary Range: $101,262 to $109,641 per annum (HEW 6)
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.

This position is full time and appointment will be made on a fixed-term basis for a period of up to 14 months (with of possibility of extension). A hybrid work arrangement is available which comprises of working onsite (team set days) at the UTS Broadway Sydney campus and working remotely.
