UTS in Sydney is seeking an experienced executive and project coordinator to support the Education Portfolio. You will manage information, documentation and workflows to advance portfolio priorities.
The role operates within the Learning and Curriculum Unit, coordinating meetings and supporting reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

The Learning and Curriculum Unit sits within the Education Portfolio in the Division of Education and Students. The team works in partnership with faculties and central teams to support curriculum, teaching and assessment, contributing to student success through quality and innovative education.
Provide executive and project coordination support across the Education Portfolio. Support portfolio priorities through accurate and timely management of information, documentation and workflows.
Base Salary Range: $111,740.00 - $123,611.00 (HEW 7) plus 17% Superannuation.
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
