Zusammenfassung

GenusPlus Group is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support delivery of the Waddi Wind Farm project in Western Australia. You will focus on subcontract general management and procurement, ensuring payment claims, variations and site instructions are handled efficiently while aligning with the head contract program.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 3 years in a commercial or contract management role.
Demonstrated procurement experience.
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced MS Office capability.

Aufgaben

Manage payment claims, variations, site instructions, insurances, subcontract compliance and performance.
Monitor performance against the head contract program.
Own budget and forecast management of subcontracts.
Procure subcontract packages from RFQ to contract review and negotiation.
Build relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Provide commercial advice to the project team.
Coordinate subcontractor weekly progress meetings.
Learn from and work with senior colleagues in the business.
