Job summary

GenusPlus Group in South Australia is seeking an experienced Commercial / Contract Administrator to support our growing project portfolio, focusing on contracts and subcontractors from procurement through to closeout.

You will work closely with project and commercial teams on energy infrastructure projects, with opportunities to grow as our SA portfolio expands and deliver meaningful regional developments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator on construction, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects.
• Sound understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication skills and a practical, collaborative approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and administering subcontract agreements
• Managing variations, progress claims and payment assessments
• Maintaining accurate commercial records, registers and correspondence
• Supporting procurement, tender evaluations and subcontractor engagement
• Monitoring contract performance, costs and commercial risks
• Working with project teams to resolve contractual matters and support project delivery
