Genus delivers end-to-end solutions across transmission, distribution, substations, communications, and renewable energy in Australia. genU s is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to develop, maintain and optimise detailed project schedules for the Waddi Wind Farm Project, aligning stakeholders, resources, and cost controls.

You will Basel ine and track progress, produce updates, and contribute to earned value reporting on a landmark renewable energy development in Australia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors and project teams.

About the Opportunity

Genus is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our team and support the delivery of the Waddi Wind Farm Project.

This major renewable energy project will play a key role in supporting Australia's growing clean energy infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising detailed project schedules while ensuring alignment across project stakeholders, resources, cost controls, and reporting requirements.

The Planner/Scheduler's primary purpose is to assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules to achieve project and business goals.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Developing, maintaining, and baselining project schedules and associated resource plans.
• Monitoring project performance across time, cost, quality, and resources while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to support project tracking and reporting.
• Producing schedule updates, resource tracking reports, forecasting data, and earned value reporting for project stakeholders.

About You

You're a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented planning professional who thrives in a fast-paced project environment.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project controls experience.
• Excellent organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Experience within utilities, construction, resources, transmission, substations, or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded.
• National Police Clearance and Construction White Card.
