Penske Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Contracts Maintenance Scheduler based in Wacol to coordinate maintenance for customers under service contracts. You will schedule service work, manage in-vehicle telematics, and prepare contract plans and fleet tenders while supporting the Service Contract Administrator and Technical Services team.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple service and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent customer service with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and costing is highly desirable.
• Experience in Repair and Maintenance contract administration or warranty processing will be advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn relevant systems including in-vehicle telematics platforms.
• Strong logical thinking and sound reasoning skills, with ability to identify practical solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to adapt as priorities evolve.
• A trade or technical background will be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Schedule upcoming service and maintenance work for customers under service contracts.
• Coordinate information around service contract performance and utilisation for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and provide Repair & Maintenance Contract Plans and fleet tenders; support the Service Contract Administrator and Technical Services team.
• Manage in-vehicle telematics systems and commission new units into correct environments.
• Prepare and provide monthly service history reports to customers and internal stakeholders; build strong relationships and deliver high levels of customer service.
