Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is seeking a Contract Administrator / Client Liaison for a boutique builder delivering custom homes and developments south of the river in Perth. You will manage client journeys from PPA sign-up to handover, working closely with the Director and Building Manager in a close-knit team.

The role involves managing 50–60 clients in construction and 10–15 in pre-construction, handling contracts, variations, and client selections while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction across Contract Administration, Client Liaison or Pre-Construction.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident, professional communication with a client-focused approach.

Join a highly regarded boutique custom home builder delivering $500k–$2.2M homes across Perth, alongside selected Department of Communities projects and in-house developments.

Based in a brand-new office with on-site parking, you’ll manage the client journey from PPA sign-up through to handover, working closely with the Director and Building Manager in a close-knit team, taking ownership of the role.
