Job summary

Longreach Recruitment in Wangara, WA is seeking an experienced Client Liaison for a permanent, full-time role with onsite parking. You’ll manage a portfolio of 100–150 clients, keeping homeowners informed from pre-construction through handover and coordinating with construction, drafting, estimating and admin teams.

You’ll bring at least 3 years in client liaison for a residential builder, with strong organisational skills and familiarity with ClickHome or Constructive CRM to maintain accurate

• At least 3 years' experience in Client Liaison or a similar position with a residential building main contractor.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a high-volume client portfolio.
• Familiarity with ClickHome, Constructive or comparable CRM and building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the building journey, from pre-construction to handover.
• Keep clients informed of construction progress, scheduling, variations and upcoming milestones.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and internal departments to obtain updates and resolve queries.
• Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and project updates using ClickHome and Constructive.
• Ensure clients receive consistent communication and a high standard of service throughout the process.

Client Liaison

Join an established residential building group and play a key role in delivering a positive client experience from pre-construction through to handover.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Client Liaison to join a well-regarded residential builder based in Wangara.

Working across a portfolio of approximately 100-150 clients, you’ll be responsible for keeping homeowners informed, managing expectations and ensuring communication runs smoothly throughout the building process. You’ll work closely with construction, drafting, estimating and administration teams to help deliver a seamless experience for clients.

The Role
