Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is partnering with a respected mid-sized builder in WA to recruit an experienced Contract Administrator. The role is based in the office with site visits to oversee commercial and residential projects.

You will contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes through strong negotiation, commercial acumen and a proactive HSE approach. Ideal candidates hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, with CA experience on $20m+ commercial

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on commercial building projects $20m+.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Recent experience in commercial building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects end to end for commercial builds.
• Office-based role with site visits with an experienced team.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage contracts and procurement.

Our client is a mid-sized builder providing end to end project management across Commercial and Residential builds in WA for over 30 years. Well respected for delivering both local and regional projects, they excel in delivering high-quality projects with an innovative and collaborative approach, resulting in strong and longstanding client relationships.

They are now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team. The role will be office based with site visits working with an experienced Team.

Your Requirements:
