Job summary

Longreach Recruitment is seeking a Contract Administrator / Client Liaison for a boutique builder delivering custom homes and developments south of the river in Perth. You will manage client journeys from PPA sign-up to handover, working closely with the Director and Building Manager in a close-knit team.

The role involves managing 50–60 clients in construction and 10–15 in pre-construction, handling contracts, variations, and client selections while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction across Contract Administration, Client Liaison or Pre-Construction.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident, professional communication with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50–60 clients in construction and 10–15 in pre-construction.
• Prepare and administer contracts, addenda and variations.
• Process prestart variations and coordinate client selections and changes.
• Liaise with clients, Supervisors, consultants and internal teams.
• Coordinate documentation and keep clients informed throughout the build.
• Support projects through to completion and handover.
