Marble Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager for commercial construction projects across Perth. The role spans the full lifecycle from planning and mobilisation through to practical completion, collaborating with contract administrators, site teams and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years experience as Contract Administrator in local commercial construction (new build).
• Experience moving into senior contract/admin or project management roles preferred.
• Qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field desirable.

Responsabilités

• Plan, program and manage commercial construction projects from award to completion.
• Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants for smooth delivery.
• Oversee budgets, cost control and reporting.
• Manage procurement of trades and materials with contracts team.
• Drive program adherence and resolve on-site issues, managing risk.
• Ensure safety, quality and contractual obligations throughout delivery.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

Are you a senior contract administrator wanting to move into project management?

Well, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager in commercial construction projects across Perth. This role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to practical completion, working closely with contract administrators, site teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, program and manage commercial construction projects from award through to completion
• Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee project budgets, cost control and reporting
• Manage procurement of trades and materials in collaboration with the contracts team
• Drive program adherence, resolve on-site issues, and manage project risk
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual obligations throughout delivery
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and consultants to maintain strong working relationships

Skills & Experience:

• MUST have 5-7+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the local Commercial Construction (New Build) industry.

• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, programming and budgeting
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple stakeholders

• Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and risk management on commercial sites
