Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking Contract Administrators at junior to senior level for projects across NSW, including commercial, industrial, healthcare and education sectors. You’ll work alongside Project and Commercial Managers, overseeing procurement, subcontractor administration, variations and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contract Administrator within construction.
• Exposure to projects around $50m+ highly regarded
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
• Experience on complex building projects
• Data centre experience beneficial but not essential

Our client is a well-established Australian builder delivering complex fitout, refurbishment and new build projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and mission-critical sectors. With projects ranging from $20m to $500m+, they have built a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging work for repeat private and institutional clients.

Due to continued project wins across NSW, they are looking to appoint Contract Administrators from junior through to senior level.

The Role

Working alongside experienced Project and Commercial Managers, you'll be involved in the commercial delivery of major construction projects, managing procurement, subcontractor administration, variations and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

• Experience as a Contract Administrator within construction
• Exposure to projects around $50m+ highly regarded
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership
• Experience on complex building projects
• Data centre experience beneficial but not essential
