Job summary

Constructability Recruitment partners with a privately owned Sydney builder delivering a genuine mix of commercial and residential projects across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. They are adding a Contracts Administrator to the team to own the commercial function on your projects end to end with autonomy from day one.

You will manage procurement and subcontractor letting, progress claims, variations, head contract administration and final accounts, working directly with the Project Manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
• 2+ years as a Contracts Administrator with a main contractor, commercial or residential.
• Strong grasp of procurement, subcontractor letting, variations, progress claims and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial function on projects end to end: procurement, subcontractor letting, progress claims, variations and final accounts.
• Work directly with the Project Manager with autonomy from day one.

I am partnering exclusively with a privately owned Sydney builder delivering a genuine mix of commercial and residential projects across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West. Off the back of a strong year and a secured pipeline, they are adding a Contracts Administrator to the team.

You will own the commercial function on your projects end to end: procurement and subcontractor letting, progress claims, variations, head contract administration and final accounts, working directly alongside the Project Manager with real autonomy from day one.
