Vinted is seeking a Content Designer to join the Help Experience team. You will develop self-help content strategies, shape the Help Centre UX, and translate ideas into clear, actionable content for our members while collaborating with product, legal, and research teams.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for digital products (including user flows, infographics, SEO, and A/B testing).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into clear, meaningful content for users.
• Identify opportunities for content improvements via data analysis.
