Job summary

RACV Limited seeks a Content Designer to shape content across digital quote, accounts, and self-service experiences. You will work within design systems to create clear, accessible content that improves usability and outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply research and analytics, and leverage AI tools to refine content approaches while ensuring alignment with brand and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Content Design, UX Writing or Content Strategy.
• Experience writing UX content for digital quote flows and customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver content across RACV's digital products, including web and mobile experiences.
• Write and design clear, accessible and user-focused content for complex customer journeys.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities to optimise content using research, analytics, SEO insights and testing.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Contribute to content planning, design system management and content governance practices.
• Support A/B tests and usability testing to inform content decisions.
