Canva is seeking a Content Strategist to define and evolve how we think about content opportunities. You’ll combine structured problem‑solving, research and insights to identify opportunities and turn them into clear strategic recommendations.

You’ll work across Content & Discovery and with Canva partners, helping teams navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions. You’ll bring together different sources of information, challenge assumptions and communicate complex ideas in ways that are easy

• Investigate complex content opportunities and turn data into strategic insights.
• Develop recommendations guiding investments across Canva’s content ecosystem.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data to connect content strategy with priorities.
• Identify user and content trends and gaps influencing future strategy.
• Frame ambiguous problems and use evidence to move teams toward decisions.
• Communicate complex thinking with clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Improve the frameworks and processes enabling Canva to make content decisions at scale.
