Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a content editor to shape editorial strategy and produce thought leadership, case studies and technical content for architects, designers and specifiers. You will lead multi-format content across social, web, CRM and events, working with subject-matter experts and agencies to ensure accuracy and impact.

You will apply audience insights and AI-enabled workflows while maintaining brand integrity, accessibility and legal compliance, and you will contribute to a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills for thought leadership, case studies and professional content.
• Translate complex or technical information into clear, accurate and compelling content.
• Produce multi-format content across written, visual, social, video and presentation channels for B2B audiences.
• Experience in content marketing, publishing, journalism or integrated campaigns with exposure to design/build industries.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant qualification welcomed but not essential; portfolio demonstrates capability.

Responsibilities

• Shape the editorial calendar and production roadmap for the specifier audience.
• Develop thought leadership, case studies, project stories and technical content.
• Coordinate content across social, web, CRM, PR, events and sales channels.
