Job summary

The Working Party is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of high-quality ecommerce experiences, from early discovery through to final handover. You will balance creativity with structure, working with multidisciplinary teams to translate client ambition into beauty and buildability.

You will collaborate with eCommerce Strategists, Analysts, Developers and Tech Leads to deliver designs that are implementation-ready, conversion-focused and commercially valuable, while mentoring

Qualifications

• Senior UX/UI Designer with ecommerce experience and a strong portfolio.
• Ability to translate client goals into clear design direction.
• Experience in discovery workshops and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design components of discovery workshops and align with client conversations.
• Create high-fidelity UX/UI designs across screen sizes for conversion-focused experiences.
• Produce wireframes, sitemaps, and design guides for clarity and delivery.
• Manage design scope, timelines, and budgets while protecting quality.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation-ready designs and handover.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design templates and systems.
