Job summary

Origin Energy is seeking a Content and Experience Designer to shape compliant, high-impact customer communications across credit and collections. You will own end-to-end content outcomes, balancing regulatory requirements with clarity and customer care in high-stakes journeys.

You will apply UX and content design principles in partnership with Legal, Compliance and operational stakeholders to deliver web, email, SMS and print communications that drive understanding and appropriate customer

Qualifications

• Experience delivering compliant or regulated communications.
• Ability to simplify complex or sensitive information without losing accuracy.
• Comfort working with Legal and Compliance stakeholders, navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead content across credit and collections communications.
• Deliver mandatory and regulatory communications across web, email, SMS and print.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, customer-first content.
• Apply UX and behavioural principles to improve high-stakes journeys.
• Ensure content meets regulatory, legal and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Prioritise and deliver content autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and reduce inbound demand.
