Job summary

Origin Energy is seeking a Process Intelligence Lead to translate credit decisions into sustainable operational processes. You will connect strategy, technology and operations to deliver fair and compliant outcomes across the customer credit lifecycle.

With no direct reports, you’ll influence across Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal and Finance to implement changes safely and ensure adoption, including audits and protections for customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across credit operations, collections strategy, originations and regulation (energy/utilities).
• Ownership of process architecture, operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience delivering collections strategies at scale and demonstrating value through testing.
• Strong governance, controls, audits experience and stakeholder engagement.
• Qualifications in Systems or Finance and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Responsibilities

• Design credit decisioning end-to-end processes with clear treatment rules and controls.
• Simplify workflows and drive automation across the collections journey.
• Manage change priorities, dependencies, exception handling and rollback planning.
• Embed regulatory obligations and customer protections with audit trails.
• Partner with teams on readiness, training and adoption, with controlled testing.
