Job summary

The Perfect Recruit is partnering with a growing container transport business in Sydney to fill two Transport Allocator positions on day and night shifts. You will be responsible for load allocation, driver coordination, and meeting daily delivery targets in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in container transport or wharf cartage, knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management, and comfort using multiple transport systems and navigation tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in container transport or wharf cartage.
• Strong knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and driver schedules.

Responsibilities

• Allocate loads and manage driver schedules.
• Hit daily on-time delivery targets across a fleet.
• Manage empty container collections and detention.
• Coordinate weekend shifts if requested (paid extra).
• Utilise One Stop, ContainerChain, and TMS daily.
