Job summary

TSS Sensitive Freight in Erskine Park is seeking an experienced Operations Allocator to support the day-to-day coordination of our NSW transport operation. You will allocate fleet and labour, manage live operations, and act as a key contact for drivers and customers to ensure safe, on-time freight delivery.

Join a hands-on operations team in a stable, full-time role where your planning, communication and problem-solving skills directly impact service levels and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' experience in a transport, logistics, or allocator/dispatch role.
• Confident managing live operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using transport or tracking systems (TransVirtual highly regarded).
• Sound understanding of fatigue and compliance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily fleet work and plan runsheets.
• Monitor live operations and manage disruptions.
• Liaise with drivers on start times, routes, and changes.
• Communicate ETAs and delays to customers.
• Book outsourced transport as required.
