Fieldwire is recruiting a Construction Success Manager to leverage field and office construction experience. You will become a product expert, tailor Fieldwire workflows to client needs, and drive account expansion through training and advisory support.

Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, building relationships, conducting trainings, gathering feedback, and occasionally traveling to client sites for key meetings. Remote role within Australia is available.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of professional construction experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with strong time management.
• Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues.
• Comfortable communicating with anyone from foreman to senior managers.
• Solid understanding of construction from design to completion.
• Understanding of how project parties interact to drive schedule/budget.
• Ability to brainstorm solutions for client issues.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and apply best practices for configuration.
• Understand client needs and tech stack to integrate Fieldwire.
• Manage a portfolio of customers to improve usage and processes.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct web-based and in-person training and demos.
• Provide customer feedback to the product team for improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product questions and issues.
• Occasionally travel to customers' offices for meetings and trainings.
