Assignar is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to own each customer from sales kickoff onward. You will lead the implementation, get the first workflow live (usually payroll), and then continuously improve how customers use Assignar for their daily operations.

This remote in Australia role requires regular travel to customer sites on the east coast and provides the opportunity to grow into senior roles within a fast‑growing construction tech company.

Competenze

• Experience taking B2B software customers from kickoff to live implementation.
• Comfortable with payroll and finance workflows and related terminology (pay rates, cost codes, job costing).
• Hands-on with the platform; you configure it rather than raise tickets.
• Strong project management to keep multi-month rollouts on track.
• Build real relationships with customers and raise issues early, even in tough conversations.

Mansioni

• Lead implementation from kickoff to go-live and define 12-month milestones.
• Create training materials and conduct onboarding for customer teams.
• Configure and maintain customer environments, workflows, and forms.
• Run quarterly success reviews focused on business outcomes for live customers.
• Monitor account health and flag risks before churn occurs.
