Job summary

Assignar is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to own the end-to-end customer rollout, from kickoff through live payroll workflows and ongoing optimization. You will lead implementations, train teams, configure customer environments, and drive quarterly success reviews to ensure value realization for construction clients.

This remote-in-Australia role requires regular travel to customer sites and strong collaboration with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B software implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Ability to discuss payroll, finance workflows, and ERP integrations with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on configuration and testing of deployments; not just ticket raising.
• Strong project management with multi-month rollout planning and owners on both sides.
• Comfortable on-site travel and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation from kickoff to go-live and define 12-month milestones.
• Develop and deliver training materials; run on-site days as scoped.
• Configure and maintain customer environments, workflows, and user setup.
• Conduct quarterly success reviews focusing on business outcomes and payroll improvements.
• Monitor account health signals and address issues before churn.
