You will shape value propositions, advise on pricing models, and collaborate with sales to tailor market-specific messaging while building long-term client relationships in the Australian construction sector.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in structural steel, engineering services, or construction.
• Proven exposure to the Australian steel or construction market.
• Strong understanding of steel estimation and BOQ development; detailing, shop drawings, and fabrication workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Australian demand for structural steel estimation and detailing services.
• Identify target segments: fabricators, engineering consultants, EPCs, builders.
• Map regional opportunities (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA).
• Define value propositions aligned with Australian expectations.
• Advise on pricing models (hourly, tonnage-based, package pricing).
• Support development of market-specific capability decks and messaging.
• Identify and engage decision-makers (Directors, Estimators, Fabrication Managers).
• Support meetings, presentations, and prequalification processes.
• Convert leads into pilot projects and repeat engagements.
• Guide Australian tender interpretation and scope alignment.
• Support proposal reviews for compliance with local practices.
• Identify local agents, partners, or joint-venture opportunities.
• Advise on credibility-building in absence of physical local office.
• Relay market feedback to delivery teams.
• Support process improvement aligned with Australian standards and QA norms.
