• 2+ years of professional construction experience across field and office roles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized with strong time management.
• Diplomacy and patience when resolving customer issues.
• Comfortable communicating with foremen to senior managers.
• Solid understanding of the construction process from design to completion.
• Understand how project parties interact to drive schedules and budgets.
• Able to brainstorm unique solutions for client needs in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a Fieldwire product expert and learn best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform.
• Understand client construction needs and current tech stack to integrate Fieldwire into workflows.
• Manage a portfolio of customers to improve Fieldwire usage and processes.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Fieldwire clients.
• Conduct web-based and in-person trainings and demos to educate clients.
• Assist the product team by communicating customer feedback for improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical questions and issues.
• Occasionally travel to customers’ offices for key meetings and trainings.
