Job summary

Elements Recruitment Pty is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Administrator to join a growing business in Sydney. The role supports a busy project delivery team, coordinating administration, mobilisation and compliance to keep projects moving.

Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will manage site inductions, documents, registers and timesheets, while maintaining strong attention to detail and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project administration or coordination within construction or similar.
• Experience with scheduling, mobilisation and document control.
• Understanding of WHS records, inductions and compliance registers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration, scheduling and mobilisation activities.
• Organise site inductions, licences, training, travel and accommodation.
• Maintain project folders, registers, schedules and action/issue registers.
• Coordinate timesheets, daily reports and project records.
• Maintain compliance, equipment and inspection registers and related docs.
• Follow up outstanding information with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with project close-out documentation and handover packs.
