Job summary

Edge Concepts (Qld) Pty Ltd is seeking a diligent Project Administrator to support Project Managers and strengthen coordination across multiple construction projects from our Deception Bay office.

The role focuses on keeping information current, following up outstanding items, and ensuring critical details are tracked. Prior construction exposure helps, but strong administrative skills and systems literacy are valued above all.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in administration, project administration or coordination roles.
• Construction industry exposure is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project claims from preparation to tracking and status updates.
• Maintain project claim registers and supporting documents.
• Assist with purchase orders and project-related purchasing administration.
