Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking a meticulous Project Administrator in Queensland to support education, government, and social infrastructure projects. You will help manage documentation, reporting, and compliance while coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.

You’ll work with Project Managers, Site Teams and internal stakeholders, contributing to the full project lifecycle across modular and conventional builds in diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project administration or similar support role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with document control systems and project records.
• Understanding of building certification and handover documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, records and registers.
• Produce regular project reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate project compliance documentation and handover.
• Archive safety, quality and contract documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
