Qualifications

• Experience in claims management, preferably construction/general liability or property.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficient end-to-end management of construction, personal injury and public liability claims.
• Interpret policy coverage and determine applicability, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with brokers, loss adjusters, lawyers and investigators to resolve claims.
• Conduct settlements and authorise payments within authority limits.
• Maintain strong client relationships with insureds and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory guidelines and standards.
