Talentpath is partnering with a commercial construction company in Brisbane to appoint a meticulous Document Controller who thrives on order and accuracy. You’ll ensure project documentation is clean, version-controlled, and easy for the team to locate.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and file management habits.
• Experience keeping documentation organized and compliant.
• Ability to chase documents and keep teams on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control across live projects from setup to close-out.
• Upload, issue and track drawings, RFIs, submissions, transmittals and correspondence.
• Maintain registers and ensure version control is always correct.
• Support document workflows, naming conventions, and system compliance.
• Coordinate consultant and subcontractor documentation, including approvals and tracking.
• Assist with audits and reporting where required.
• Help keep project systems organized and consistent across the team.
• Support project close-out documentation and handover packs.
