Job summary

Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited in Cairns is seeking a sales-focused professional to establish yourself as the lead point of contact for client matters and to build trusted relationships within a regional client base. You will drive awareness of Coates offerings and collaborate with internal teams to deliver initiatives that support growth.

Qualifications

Experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries.
Self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environment.
Proven negotiation and influencing skills with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans.
Strong stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Establish yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationships.
Navigate allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutions.
