Job summary

Coates is seeking a driven sales professional based in the Newcastle area to act as the lead client contact and drive growth across construction and related sectors. You will manage key relationships, promote Coates offerings, and coordinate with support teams to deliver customer-focused initiatives.

The role involves regular travel across the Newcastle region, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, with a base salary plus super, quarterly bonus incentive and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries.
• Self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environment.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills with 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans.
• Appreciation for the importance of good stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationships.
• Navigate allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutions.
• Develop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growth.
