Job summary

Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited is seeking a sales professional to base out of the Lambton branch with regular travel across the Newcastle area, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will lead client relationships with small to mid-tier construction and civil companies to achieve mutual outcomes for customers and Coates.

In this role you will build trusted relationships, increase awareness of Coates offerings, and collaborate with support teams to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries.
• Be a self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environment.
• Has proven negotiation and influencing skills gained through 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrates ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans.
• Shows appreciation for the importance of good stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationships.
• Navigate allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutions.
