Job summary

Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited in Cairns is seeking a sales-focused professional to establish yourself as the lead point of contact for client matters and to build trusted relationships within a regional client base. You will drive awareness of Coates offerings and collaborate with internal teams to deliver initiatives that support growth.

Based out of the Cairns branch with regular travel across the region, this role includes base salary, super, quarterly bonus incentive, and a company

Qualifications

• Experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries.
• Self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environment.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills.

Based out of ourCairns branch, with regular travel across the region, you’ll be reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Each day will include building and nurturing trusted relationships to a client group including small to mid-tier construction and civil companies to provide mutually beneficial outcomes to these customers and Coates.

In this role you will:

• Establish yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationships
• Navigate your way through allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutions
• Develop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growth
