Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Parramatta NSW is seeking a Conduct Reporting Coordinator to lead the coordination of reporting across the Conduct Unit and CSNSW. The role supervises a small team, manages complex reporting priorities, and ensures timely, accurate information for agencies such as ICAC, the Ombudsman and SafeWork.

You will work with a high level of autonomy, strengthening reporting practices and identifying emerging issues, with hybrid options and 50% in-office

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and quality assure internal and external Conduct reporting across the Conduct Unit and CSNSW.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the reporting function and guide the reporting team.
• Maintain oversight of case management information to support data quality and accuracy.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the Conduct Unit, People Branch, Legal and other areas.
• Identify reporting risks and opportunities to improve processes and practices.
• Provide advice and recommendations to senior staff on reporting matters.
