Job summary

Department: Conduct and Professional Services – Parramatta NSW is seeking a Conduct Reporting Coordinator to lead the unit's reporting activities, coordinating information, people and deadlines to ensure accurate, timely reporting for internal governance and external bodies.

You will oversee a small team, manage priorities, and advise senior staff on reporting matters while strengthening integrity and accountability across DCJ and CSNSW.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of reporting across the Conduct Unit, delivering accurate internal and external reports on time.
• Supervise a small team and manage competing reporting priorities.
• Provide guidance on reporting standards and improve processes across DCJ and CSNSW.
• Maintain case management information and ensure data quality and accuracy.
