Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Conduct Reporting Coordinator in Parramatta with hybrid office attendance. This ongoing full-time role leads the Conduct Unit's reporting, supervises a small team, and ensures timely, accurate reporting to agencies such as ICAC, the Ombudsman and SafeWork.

You will manage priorities, strengthen reporting practices, and contribute to integrity and accountability across DCJ. Applications close 4 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of the Conduct Unit's reporting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the reporting function and guide the reporting team.
• Collaborate with DCJ and CSNSW stakeholders to maintain quality and consistency in reporting practices.
• Oversee internal and external reporting including ICAC schedules, Ombudsman and SafeWork submissions.
• Supervise Conduct Reporting Officers and coordinate team priorities.
• Maintain case management information and operational records for data quality.
• Provide clear advice to senior staff on reporting matters and emerging issues.
