Job summary

Homes NSW in Parramatta is seeking a Senior Project Officer to keep the Service Delivery & Assurance Hub organized and connected. You will coordinate priorities, projects, planning and corporate services across the Hub while supporting HR, recruitment, safety, learning and finance functions.

You will work closely with the Director and leadership team, manage actions, and ensure timely communication and execution of key initiatives in a flexible hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification (administration/leadership/related field) is desirable.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects to deadlines and within budgets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into action.
• Effective decision making, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a busy team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and staffing plans across the Hub.
• Lead short-term projects and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Provide executive and administrative support to the leadership team.
• Coordinate annual training plans and safety/compliance activities.
• Support financial, IT, facilities, and communications tasks across the Hub.
