Job summary

1 Hotel & Homes Melbourne is seeking a warm, organised Concierge Team Leader to be a visible presence across the driveway and lobby, overseeing daily operations and coaching the team to deliver Attentive, personalised service.

You’ll lead by example, support the Chief Concierge and collaborate with the Rooms Division to maintain high standards in a vibrant, guest-facing environment on the hotel floor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, people-focused approach to leadership.
• Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems calmly.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays and late shifts.
