What the role is about

As a Concierge Attendant, you’ll support the guest experience across arrivals, departures, and everything in between. You’ll work flexibly across shifts, stepping in where needed to keep service seamless, warm, and effortless.

Non-Negotiables:

• Full Australian Driver’s Licence (essential for valet duties)
• Ability to work in a hotel environment (flexibility across shifts is required)
• Physical capability for hands‑on duties (e.g. luggage handling, guest support)
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
• Basic computer literacy / comfort using hotel systems
• Calm, composed approach in a fast‑paced guest service environment
• Genuine commitment to delivering high‑end guest experience and service standards
