1 Hotel Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations and HIVE (Call Centre) team, focusing on guest enquiry and booking experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage room inventory and group bookings, and collaborate with Sales and Events to elevate guest offerings while working with the Revenue Director on proactive strategies to maximize revenue.

You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Events teams to elevate our guest offerings and work with our Revenue Director on pro-active strategies to drive revenue targets and optimize room availability.
